Deliveries to third countries outside the EU will be charged a shipping fee of € 20. This shipping fee covers the costs for transport and customs duties. Invoices to customers from third countries are issued without value added tax (VAT).

We would be glad to arrange for you to collect and pay for the goods directly in an Austrian pharmacy located near the border. Please send us an E-Mail with your address and telephone number to info@ivf-europe.net. In case the pharmacy in question does not have the desired products in stock, you can pick them up at this pharmacy on the following working day.
If you choose this option, no shipping charges arise for you and you conveniently pay for the products at the Austrian pharmacy of your choice.
